Where does Amiyori come from?

Amiyori is carefully hand-made, according to the original recipes of Ami Muraguchi and strictly follows the Japanese tradition of extreme low-fat cooking.

Ami came to Germany in mid-2009. In Japan, Ami's cooking was already very popular with many friends and it quickly gained the same popularity in Germany, too.

So, the idea emerged to expand the "fan community" of her cooking in Germany by offering healthy, tasty, conveniently consumable food in the traditional Japanese style.

After some market tests and continuous product refinement Amiyori was born!

Literally speaking, Amiyori means „from Ami “. Ami's greatest wish is that Amiyori will appeal to as many people as possible in Germany who want to lead healty lives.
